A happy Half Birthday

Last Monday March 28th you turned 6 months old. i cannot believe it.

So we gathered friends and family for a small lunch after church on sunday.

There was lots of food, and laughs and cake!

The food list was as follows:

Half cans of pop

half corn on the cobs

half cupcakes

half eggs (deviled eggs)

mac n cheese 

bbq chicken half sandwiches (we left them whole)

there were chips and spinach dip

and lots of CAKE!!!

You got lots of toys and clothes, even though gifts were optional, nobody could resist showing you love . seeing your chubby hands open those presents was priceless!

You loved the balloons , and the wrapping paper and you LOVED your new toys.

We thought the party was a silly idea but knew it would be fun anyway, and we were so RIGHT!

you were able to see some family that you dont otherwise get to see. They got to see your smiling face light up with each tare of the giftwrap. you were the life of the party my dear, we are so thankful for your life and couldnt think of any other way to show our love but to gather friends and family around you on that day.

on a sidenote:Ive learned alot about kid parties and planning them. lets just say your first birthday will be right on.
