My sweet boy

Little man,

Today we shared a great First Valentines together. You daydreamed for awhile out the window, which just may have been that you were staring at the glowing white snow for awhile.

Either way, you dont get to look outside much since we are stuck indoors all day due to the freezing temps! We watched tv, listened to music here and there, hugged and kissed on daddy, and then i snuggled you until you fell asleep.

I never imagined how happy your face could make me. there is no greater gift i could ever recieve than to spend all my days with you and daddy.

We have been getting cleaned up and dressed every day just like i promised, and im always looking for ways to be a better mommy for you. Im so thankful for you and continually thank God for letting me watch you grow. I cant wait to see the person you are going to be, but i am cherishing every second with you now.

You are growing up way to fast, i cannot even believe it. Sometimes your daddy and i look at you and think “look at those cheeks! Look at his legs!! ” We cant believe how much youve grown, its absolutly amazing that you are the same little squirmy guy we brought home from the hospital that day you were born.

Right now you do some amazing things:

You have a voice now and sometimes you like to sing. its such a beautiful tune.

You smile a whole lot, almost all the time :D

You love to play

You like to watch TV

You like to eat all sorts of things, your favorites include:

oatmeal,sweet potatoes, peas, carrots

You have the sweetest personality and the most wonderful laugh ive ever heard.

You sleep well through the night, but you wake me up early because you want to snuggle between daddy and i. Sometimes you like to take over the bed . Thats okay, i dont mind it much seeing as you were once much closer to me than that and very much more uncomfortable at the time !! im so thankful to have you lay next to me.when i was pregnant i dreamed of the day when i could just watch you sleep, hold you when you cry, and kiss your little forhead at night. You are everything i hoped for and so much more.

You like to grab toys with your hands, you arent quite coordinated enough yet though.

you are getting better at sitting up, you can almost do it on your own!

You roll from side to side, not quite all the way over , at least not consistently.

you have no teeth yet.

you are in 3-6 month clothes however they are shrinking quickly on you. time to move up to size 6 months.

You are still growing and changing everyday and i am excited to watch every second, im so thankful for my other loving valentine who makes it possible for me to stay home with you. Your daddy and I want the best for you and our family and we are always going to try our hardest to give you the best life possible
